Legendary Armourer
Armour Craftsmen is a building chain in Total War: Three Kingdoms. Its main purpose is to provide armour ancillaries for the faction that built it. It also provides a small amount of prestige, as well as a small construction cost reduction for Learning and Market Buildings.
Whether intentional or not, the level 2 upgrade provides the exact same bonuses as level 1. It can be assumed that it should provide a small chance instead of a very small chance for an unique ancillary, much like the Animal Tamer.

Deserted Armourer (level 0)[]
The people here keep to themselves; untouched and unchecked by the guiding hand of government. The people here are inward looking and able to operate outside of government influence, which has the disadvantage of not knowing what threats lie in wait beyond their boundaries. Establishing an authoritative presence here would do much for the wellbeing of the people, providing both them and the country with additional prosperity.

Renowned Armourer
Renowned Armourer (level 1)[]
Armour of magnificent quality is forged here. This district boasts an armour maker of some renown. Though schooled in the same techniques as other blacksmiths, they possess a special flair, which they channel to forge uniquely magnificent armour. This armour is highly sought after, but requires that a synchronicity of muse, circumstances and available materials to come into being. However, paying this skilled armourer a regular salary keeps them in employment, so that when such rare armour is forged it is made available to the worthiest of forces.

Famous Armourer (level 2)[]
This armourer’s name is as famous as their creations. This district is known for its superb armour and pieces made here are highly sought after. However, there is one amongst them whose creations are demanded over all others; their works are spoken about in awe throughout the land. When inspired by the aesthetics of a piece of metal or a great event, inspiration strikes this armourer, and they will not rest until their vision is realised. These pieces are rare, but sought after not only for their strength, but their beauty and inherent power.

Legendary Armourer
Legendary Armourer (level 3)[]
Armour fit for an emperor. In all things, there must be a master. This district boasts of a master armourer, one whose creations render all other armour to appear as nothing more than dull plates of metal slung over soldier’s torsos. Warlords personally travel hundreds of miles to this district in the hope of being present when a new masterpiece is forged, so they can boast of possessing one. Patience and fortune are needed to gain such a piece of armour, but the armourer is now employed, so that any new work exclusively belongs to their employer.
