Overview[]

Cao Pi's starting stats and traits are unremarkable. In battle, Cao Pi has no unique skills. However, Cao Pi is an excellent faction leader, heir or prime minister due to his -10% corruption faction-wide if placed in one of these roles. This essentially generates significantly more money for the faction from each province, unless corruption is already at minimal or non-existent levels.

Cao Pi is unusual in that his personal armor increases the satisfaction of all other characters in his army by +25. This makes placing disloyal and unhappy characters with him an excellent stopgap measure until more permanent sources of satisfaction can be found.

Cao Pi is a child at the beginning of the 190 campaign; he comes of age a few dozen turns in, allowing potentially any faction to "steal" him from Cao Cao's faction through marriage.

Trivia[]

When Total War: Three Kingdoms first launched, Cao Pi was a generic character. Later updates made his artwork unique, but did not update his stats for the most part. This led to his current iteration having unremarkable traits and skills despite his important place in the history of the era.
