Cunning is one of the five attributes in Total War: Three Kingdoms. They're represented by Wu Xing element Water and color coded as blue.
Description[]
A general's wisdom and wit; their gift for scheming and strategics.
Overview[]
A character’s wisdom and wit improves military supplies provided by characters in this character's army, and ammunition of ranged units in the character's retinue. Unlike some other Wu Xing elements, Cunning does not aid a character's combat stats in any way. However, cunning is more essential to retinues than perhaps any other stat. Characters with low cunning run the risk of having their missile units run out of ammunition, making them much less useful in battle.
Strategist is the hero class with highest Cunning attributes.
