Dong Commandery is a second-level administrative division of central China during the Han Dynasty. The region is featured in the campaigns of Total War: Three Kingdoms.

Dong commandery isn't great for producing food, and it is probably for the best to ignore local food production altogether. Instead, try to utilize your iron mine, focusing on turning the commandery into a military province, combined with income from industry.
