Forest Ambushers

Forest Ambushers are a type of infantry unit in a Total War Saga: Troy.

Description[]

Though the Thracians favoured close combat, they were savvy enough to employ archers when needed. Invented during the Palaeolithic for killing wild animals for food, but chiefly to stop them from killing you, bows and arrows were a natural match for Thracian woodsmen who relied on wild game to survive the deep forests of Thrace, and could easily be repurposed to lay waste to enemy infantry.
