Starting Situation[]
Rise of the Warlords (190)[]
Meng Huo shows his friends every generosity, and his enemies an unending, merciless rage. Whilst some may identify this as a true loyalty, it belies another, deeper tendency towards rage, one which can erupt at the smallest slight, easily rising to become an all-consuming blaze. This tempestuous energy has led Meng Huo to dissatisfaction with his lot – he looks now beyond the valleys of his home to greater things – uniting the tribes, and destroying his enemies!
Start: Easy
King Meng Huo starts the campaign in Jianning commandery. He is at war with the much weaker Jianning Tribes to his east, who should provide little resistance to him. Beyond that, he is in a great position to expand, as he is surrounded by weak Nanman factions on all sides. Due to his passive +50 diplomatic relations, he is a good contender to unify the Nanman diplomatically. His greatest threats are Kings Mulu, Duosi, and Wutugu. King Meng Huo can find a great ally (and wife) in Lady Zhurong to his west. Overall, he is in the greatest position and the most likely contender to unify the Nanman under one banner.

A World Betrayed (194)[]
Meng Huo shows his friends every generosity, and his enemies an unending, merciless rage. Whilst some may identify this as a true loyalty, it belies another, deeper tendency towards rage, one which can erupt at the smallest slight, easily rising to become an all-consuming blaze. This tempestuous energy has led Meng Huo to dissatisfaction with his lot – he looks now beyond the valleys of his home to greater things – uniting the tribes, and destroying his enemies!
Start: Easy
King Meng Huo starts the World Betrayed campaign in Jianning commandery. His territory has grown with one county. He is at war with Ahuinan to his south, fighting alongside Lady Zhurong. If Meng Huo takes out Ahuinan, he will have unified his home commandery. From Jianning, he is in a great position to expand in every direction, as he is surrounded by weaker Nanman factions on all sides. He also starts the campaign with great relations with Lady Zhurong, who remains his most obvious ally. King Meng Huo's most immediate threats are Kings Mulu and Duosi.

Fates Divided (200)[]
Meng Huo has survived, drawing many Nanman tribes to his banner, but there is further work to be done. His tendency towards rage is called passion by some, and a worrying temperamentality by others. Either way, the tempestuous energy has led Meng Huo to always be dissatisfied with his lot. He still looks beyond the valleys of his home to greater things: finally uniting the tribes, and destroying his enemies!
Start: Easy
King Meng Huo starts the Fates Divided campaign in Yunnan commandery. Only three Nanman factions remain, and King Meng Huo is by far the most powerful of them all. A three-way war has broken out between himself and Kings Mulu and Shamoke. If Meng Huo defeats both, he will have unified the Nanman. From there he can begin striking at nearby Han Governors Liu Zhang and Shi Xie, who both seek to expand into Nanman lands.
