A single flame, though small at first, is enough to eventually engulf the world.
Rising Fire (7-12)

Once a light is struck, the resulting flame only grows, threatening to consume all it touches.
Unstable Inferno (13-18)
- -4 morale for defending enemy forces
A conflagration spirals out of control, feeding on the wind and the earth. It is unstoppable.
Wild Fire[]
Upon reaching 18 Goddess of Fire, Lady Zhurong can use Wild Fire. Wild Fire is a passive effect that lasts for five turns before Goddess of Fire is depleted and it cancels. The effects of Wild Fire depend on the season in which it is activated. Note that Lady Zhurong is semi-forced to use Wild Fire and cannot save up her maximum amount of Goddess of Fire for long before incurring penalties where characters will receive heavy faction-wide satisfaction penalties.
The five different effects of Wild Fire are as follows:

Starting Situation[]
Rise of the Warlords (190)[]
Lady Zhurong believes that only through her might – inherited, they say, from the goddess of fire herself – will her people succeed where others have floundered. The pride of her lineage weighs heavily upon her, but Zhurong does not let such responsibilities overwhelm her. She sees the languorous and bloated valley kings, and vows not to grow as indolent. Her followers – loyal to the death – combined with her own skill, will protect her lands and her people against the very gods, if need be!
Start: Normal
Lady Zhurong starts the campaign in Yunnan commandery. She is at war with the weaker Yunnan Tribes to her east, who should pose little challenge to her. After defeating them, she will be dragged into a war with Ahuinan where she can ally with King Meng Huo, which would be her greatest ally. Her position is relatively far removed from potential dangers and she can capture minor Nanman factions that surround her at her own pace. However, if her relationship with Meng Huo breaks down, he will prove a powerful enemy.
