Liaoxi Commandery is a second-level administrative division of northern China during the Han dynasty. The region is featured in the campaign of Total War: Three Kingdoms.

Development Strategy[]
Liaoxi is a prime location for a defendable position, but in practice, you will never need it to serve that purpose. Instead, try to maximize income from industry by building State Workshops and Private Workshops, as these go well with your local Toolmaker.
