Military Armourer
Military Forges is a building chain in Total War: Three Kingdoms. This chain makes recruiting troops cheaper as well as being able to create Ancillaries. Furthermore it adds a small boost to income from industry and gives a small cost reduction for building Government Buildings.
The three chains provide bows, weapons and armor up to the exceptional ranking. However, they cannot produce unique items.
Building Chain[]

Blacksmith
Blacksmith (level 1)[]
Before a weapon is wielded, it must be tested. A blacksmith shares none of the glories and honours of warfare, but their workplaces do share the battlefield’s clangourous sounds of metal pounding on metal, as soft ore is hammered and bent into the shapes of war. Whether casting or forging, the work is grimy, intensely hot, and requires brute force to be partnered with a skilled and precise hand. Though some decorative and artistic items are created, the focus lies in the mass production of weapon and armour improvements, to lend soldiers more courage in battle.

Military Forge
Military Forge (level 2)[]
Heat forges metal as battle forges warriors. A military forge enables a blacksmith to improve the quality of the weapons they produce. Fuel is placed within the forge and lit, and then air is directed and blasted up through the fire to fan it into an intense, white-hot heat. Next, ore is heated over the forge until it reaches a high enough temperature to become pliable, so it can be gradually hammered into shape. This process improves the quality of all metalwork, and so between orders the forge can be made available to be commissioned for commercial items.

Military Armourer
Military Armourer (level 3A)[]
The quality of armour is the difference between life and death. This district is rich with iron resources, and military armour-makers make their home here. These experts have long honed their craft into an art, applying new smithing techniques to forge improved armour. There are no warriors so skilled that they can deflect every attack; battle is chaotic, and danger comes from all sides and distances. Although armour cannot stop every spear, bow or blade, it provides a greater defence than a mere tunic, and will embolden the wearer to charge more readily into close combat.

Military Bow-Makers
Military Bow-Makers (level 3B)[]
The reach of a bow far exceeds the sword and spear. This district is famed for artisans who have committed their skills to improved bow-making. A deluge of arrows, fired as a body from range, injures, kills, and has a devastating effect on enemy morale. Conscripts are observed in training to spot those who possess archery skills, and the best will be equipped with a bow. Composite bows are particularly useful for use on horseback, as they can be made to a smaller construction without sacrificing the energy of the longer, single-piece bow designs.

Military Weaponsmith
Military Weaponsmith (level 3C)[]
A warrior is only as good as their sharpest blade. The making of a fine sword requires a practiced and careful hand. Weaponsmiths possessing an artistic flair alongside their technical skills achieve a level of fame for their creations, and the swords they make are enthusiastically sought after by mighty warriors searching for a weapon to match their reputation. A sword’s sharpness and weight is meticulously calculated to give the wielder a ratio of maximum damage to ease of use, and each weapon must be of a unified standard for use by military forces.
