Protectors of Heaven are a type of Heavy Glaive Infantry in Total War: Three Kingdoms. It is an Imperial Unit that can be unlocked by Han factions who have obtained the rank of Emperor. It is a Wood unit and is best grouped with Champion heroes.

    • Reflects the charge damage of any mounted attacker back onto them when braced.

    • Does not suffer a morale penalty when the general dies. It can also rally after routing more often.
  • Immune to Scare
    • Immune to scare effects.
  • Loose (Mobile Formation)
    • Can use if:
      • Not on a wall or barricade
      • Not engaged in melee
      • Not climbing
      • Not on Elephant
    • -100% charge resistance
  • Spear Wall (Mobile Infantry Formation)
    • Can use if:
      • Not on a wall or barricade
