Scotland comprises of the northern half of the British Isles. With a two-slot city, port, and iron mine, Scotland is not particularly wealthy by itself, but its proximity to five trade nodes makes it very useful for building a strong trading economy. Scotland initially belongs to Great Britain, as many troops in its roster may only be recruited in Scotland. Should Scotland have a successful revolt or is liberated, Scotland spawns as an independent faction.
In the winter, much of Scotland becomes a region of winter attrition--the only such place in the British Isles.
Scotland borders Ireland to the west and England to the south.
