Description[]

Infantry as stalwart and unshakable as the mountains themselves.

The deep ravines of the Nanman lands breed tough fighters. Protected against missiles and all but the hardest blows by their rattan armour, the sight of these warriors in any army will lift the hearts of those who fight alongside them. As though the encasement in rattan were not enough, their massive shields deflect attacks as easily as a mountain deflects a gale. Then, from behind the safety of these formidable defences, they advance, spears in hand.
