Shimotsuke is a province in Total War: Shogun 2, Rise of the Samurai, and Fall of the Samurai.

Description[]

Shimotsuke is located at the northern end of the Kanto plain. Today, it is home to the Nikko Tosho-Gu temple complex, famed for being the final resting place of the great Shogun, Tokugawa Ieyasu. The complex has been designated a World Heritage Site and attracts thousands of tourists per year.
