Statue of Achilles (Troy)

Statue of Achilles is a faction unique building belonging to Phthia, in a Total War Saga: Troy, which can be built exclusively in province capitals.

Description[]

Despite his reputation as the greatest warrior who ever lived, Achilles possessed an equally mighty ego that nearly cost the Achaeans their victory over Troy. When Agamemnon, king of Mycenae, tried to claim the hero's beloved Briseïs, the headstrong fighter withdrew his Myrmidons from combat and refused to re-join the fight no matter how much Odysseus pleaded with him. In the end, the Iliad tells us, his hubris cost him the life of his dear friend Patroclus, who was slain in battle by Hector after he attempted to rally Achilles' elite warriors.
