Wang Kuang is a non-playable faction in Total War: Three Kingdoms. It is located in northern China, with its capital in Shangdang commandery. It appears only in 190. Gaining a rank as a duke, king or emperor renames the faction to Wang.

Expansion for Wang Kuang will be borderline impossible. His army is relatively small and he starts off as an enemy of Dong Zhuo, and – as a result – the Han Empire. His army is too small to take Qi Pass to the west and too small to take Huaixian to the east. This leaves him more or less trapped in his starting territory until he will inevitably be conquered or vassalised by the nearby major factions, such as Yuan Shao or Liu Chong.
