Starting Situation[]
Rise of the Warlords (190)[]
Wang Lang starts the campaign in Kuaiji commandery. He is at war with the generic Yellow Turban Rebellion faction to his south. He is stronger than the small army stationed in the pocket and should be able to conquer them, unifying his home commandery in the process. From here, he can expand into the abandoned lands further to the west, as he can simply establish order. A long-term threat is Yan Baihu to his east, who will seek to claim the same territory as Wang Lang.
