Winery is an administration building chain in a Total War Saga: Troy. These can be built exclusively in province capitals. Only a single winery can be built in each province. The second building (tier 2) in this chain unlocks the recruitment of spies. Every tier 2 or higher winery building increases the capacity for fieldable spies by 1 up to a maximum of 3.
Description[]
A favourite around the Aegean for nearly seven thousand years, wine evolved from a commoner’s drink in Neolithic times to a delicacy prized by the elite in the days of the Trojan War. Most of today’s production techniques have roots in Bronze Age methods; harvested grapes were first crushed using a stone press, then stored in clay jugs to mature. In addition to its trade value, the elegant beverage played an important social and religious role – the cult of Dionysus, god of winemaking, attests to the practice’s importance in the eyes of the Mycenaeans.
