Wudu Commandery is a second-level administrative division of northern China during the Han Dynasty. The region is featured in the campaigns of Total War: Three Kingdoms.
Wudu is a commandery that has low fertility and consists of three counties, able to produce the following resources:

Wudu is located on the western edge of the map just south of the territory of Ma Teng and Dong Zhuo. It is the capital of Yellow Turban Warlord Gong Du. Wudu is surrounded by the following commanderies:

Wudu has low fertility, and not a single county focused on food production. As a result, it'd be best to ignore food production altogether. Instead, try to focus on creating as much industry and commerce income as possible, as they play perfectly into the local Silk Trader and Copper Mine.
