Starting Situation[]
Rise of the Warlords (190)[]
Xi Ni starts the campaign in Jiangyang commandery. He is at peace with his neighbours. Xi Ni has a relatively poor starting location, as he lingers on the edge between Nanman and Han lands. It is hard for him to expand as his area is dominated by the more powerful Kings Wutugu and Meng Huo, whereas governor Liu Yan looks to expand into Nanman territory from the north. Xi Ni will most likely be conquered by any of these three.

A World Betrayed (194)[]
Xi Ni starts the World Betrayed campaign in Jiangyang commandery. His territory remains unchanged, yet his situation worsens. Both King Wutugu and Han governor Liu Yan have increased their power significantly, and pose larger threats to Xi Ni. Expansion is very unlikely for Xi Ni, and he will most likely be conquered by either of the two more powerful factions.
