Yunnan Tribes start the game in the middle of an unwinnable war with Lady Zhurong, who outnumbers their armies five to one and is only a single turn away from taking the capital. The only way, in theory, for the Yunnan Tribes to survive is to attack the Yongchang Tribes to the southwest, but unless Lady Zhurong doesn't attack, this strategy is highly unlikely to play out.
