General Information[]
Zhuge Liang is not available at the beginning of the 190 campaign. He has a story event dedicated to him in Liu Bei's campaign, and upon completing his storyline, he joins Liu Bei's faction. Unusually for a character, his appearance is heralded by by a notification for all factions when he spawns. After this, he can be captured or leave Liu Bei's faction and then be employed by any other faction.
Zhuge Liang is one of the best strategists in the game, with one of the highest Cunning values of all characters thanks to his "Brilliant" and "Cunning" traits. In addition to his unique robes, he also comes with his own unique ancillary: a crane feather fan. This fan boosts the base damage of all crossbows in his army. While this obviously benefits all crossbows, it particularly helps Repeating Crossbowmen, as they mostly deal base damage instead of armor piercing damage.
